What CadenceOps provides

CadenceOps facilitates introductions, private booking discussions and tour coordination. It is not automatically your contracting booking agent, employer, insurer or guarantor. Artist and promoter representatives are responsible for their authority, due diligence, contracts, permits, visas, insurance, taxes, safety and payments. Free registration and browsing do not activate commissions or recurring billing.

Offers, holds and confirmations

An enquiry expresses interest. A provisional hold reserves discussion priority only unless the parties separately agree otherwise. Offer approval is a serious human action: obtain advice on the legal effect of your communications. The platform marks a booking confirmed only after both authorised parties attest that their contract is agreed. Platform status does not replace a contract or determine enforceability. Cancellation may have contractual consequences.

Honest listings and moderation

Publish only information and assets you have permission to use. Do not impersonate artists, promoters or representatives. Labels distinguish self-reported details from reviewed identity; moderation is not an endorsement or guarantee. We may hide listings, review reports and suspend abuse. No earnings, artist credentials or fee savings are guaranteed. Your rights under applicable Australian consumer law remain unaffected.

Public and private information

Approved artist and organisation names, biographies, country, city, genres, links, images and tour availability are public and may be indexed. Never place personal addresses, private contact details, confidential commitments or commercial terms in public fields. Contact details, budgets, riders, messages and booking terms are restricted to authorised users. Artists and their accepted representatives can review enquiries for their tour; each promoter can view its own negotiation. Costs modelled by an artist are private to its authorised team.

Data handling

CadenceOps uses its existing Supabase authentication, database and private file storage and Render application hosting. International parties you choose to book may be overseas. We do not sell your personal information or send negotiation messages without your action. Optional map loading sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap; location searches send the search text to Nominatim. Avoid entering personal addresses. Only necessary service providers and authorised administrators can access records for support, abuse review and operation.

Access, correction and deletion

Correct profiles from your dashboard and request a data export or account deletion there. Deletion requests hide your listings immediately and are reviewed because shared contracts, legal retention and your existing CadenceOps account may be affected. For fuller access to messages, files or shared records, contact support. We retain records while required to operate accounts, honour contracts, resolve disputes and meet legal duties, then review deletion or de-identification. Files and assistance

Upload only PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 8 MB. Files are not guaranteed malware-free; scan downloads before opening. Automated scheduling and cost checks are decision support and can miss conflicts. Generative AI is disabled for this launch until its permissions and evaluations are approved. Travel prices are user-entered estimates or separately sourced quotes, not live transport offers.
