  • Service Providers (subprocessors): We use the following trusted third parties to operate Cadence Ops:
    • Cloudflare — edge hosting, CDN, DDoS protection
    • Supabase — managed Postgres database, authentication, file storage
    • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
    • Lovable — application build platform and AI Gateway for assistant features
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.

4a. AI Assistant & Agent API

When you use the Cadence Assistant or the Agent API, your prompts and the relevant workspace data needed to answer them are processed by third-party large-language-model providers through the Lovable AI Gateway. Use of those providers is subject to their terms. We do not use your workspace data to train our own models, and the Agent API is scoped, audited and limited to the data your token grants access to.

4b. Australian Privacy Act

Cadence Ops is operated from Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you believe we have breached the APPs, you can complain to us directly using the contact details below, or lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control (RBAC), audit logging, and regular security assessments. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Event and financial records may be retained longer to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
