How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Can I invite team members to my organization?
Yes. Administrators can invite team members from the Settings page. Each invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. You can assign roles (Admin, Manager, or Viewer) during the invitation process.
What data is included in exports?
Exports include all visible data for the current view — events, crew, inventory, logistics, or financial records depending on the page. Exports are delivered as CSV files and respect your current filters and date ranges.
How does role-based access control work?
Cadence Ops uses RBAC to ensure users only see and modify data relevant to their role. Admins have full access, Managers can edit within their department, and Viewers have read-only access. Custom roles can be configured in Enterprise plans.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is automatically backedup with point-in-time recovery. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically distributed data centers. Enterprise customers can request additional backup schedules.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from the Billing section in Settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law.
