Eligibility
- Active build for Burning Man 2026 (camp, art project, or DPW operation).
- Lead or co-lead role — someone who actually runs the operation day-to-day.
- New CadenceOps workspace (the comp does not apply to existing paid workspaces).
- Willing to share a short reference or social proof of your build on request.
Not eligible
- Existing CadenceOps customers on a paid plan.
- Resellers, agencies, or anyone planning to onboard third-party clients onto the comp seat.
- Workspaces created solely to claim the promo without an active Playa build.
How the promo code works

Apply with the code
Submit the early-access form at /early-access?promo=PLAYAVIP. Mention your camp or art project, your role, and a way to verify (camp name, project registration ID, or a reference).

We verify and allocate
We review applications in order received. Seats are allocated first-come, first-served once we've confirmed the build. We'll reply within 5 business days.

Workspace turns on
Approved VIPs receive an activation link. Your workspace launches on the Enterprise tier with no card on file — every feature unlocked.

3 months on the house
Your comp period runs for 90 days from activation. You'll get a heads-up at day 60 and day 80. At day 90, the workspace converts to read-only until you add a payment method on any plan.
Duration & what happens at day 90
The comp period is 90 consecutive days from the date your workspace is activated — not from the date you apply. There is no auto-renewal and no card charged at the end.
At day 90, your workspace converts to read-only. Your data stays intact for 180 days. Add a payment method on any plan (Starter, Professional, Operations or Enterprise) to restore full access — or export your data and walk away. No clawback, no hidden charges.
If you want to continue on Enterprise, we'll set you up with a standard annual agreement at the published rate. VIPs who continue within 30 days of the comp ending get a 15% discount on their first year as a thank-you for going first.
Fine print
- One comp seat per person, per camp, per art project.
- Seats are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- CadenceOps may revoke a comp seat if the workspace is used in breach of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
- If the five seats are gone by the time we receive your application, the PLAYA50 code (50% off 3 months on Starter, Professional or Operations) still applies.
- Promotion runs through BRC 2026 burn week or until all five seats are claimed, whichever comes first.
