Cadence Ops is an event operations management platform that provides tools for event planning, crew management, inventory tracking, logistics coordination, contract management, financial tracking, and compliance monitoring. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
Our IP: The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by Cadence Ops and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
6. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Platform require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement. We may change pricing upon notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Platform.
7. Confidentiality
You may have access to confidential information of other users or clients through the Platform. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and use it only for the intended purpose of event operations management.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CADENCE OPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cadence Ops and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cadence Ops is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
