  • Is Cadence Ops a project management tool?

    No. Project management tools treat every initiative as a task list that finishes and is archived. Cadence Ops treats a production as an operational unit that recurs, evolves and generates knowledge the next production should reuse.

  • How do Mini and Pro differ?

    Documented Pricing

    Mini is $149 AUD/month for up to $3 concurrent active productions and $4 chosen standard modules. Pro is $349 AUD/month for up to $6 concurrent active productions, all standard modules, and advanced AI/automation.

  • Can I add more modules to Mini?

    Yes. Mini includes $4 chosen standard modules, and you can add up to $2 extra standard modules at $39 AUD/month each.

  • Does "$3 concurrent productions" on Mini or "$6" on Pro mean that many events per year?

    No. Concurrency is how many productions can be active at the same time. When a production closes out, its slot becomes available again. Mini allows up to $3 active productions at once; Pro allows up to $6.

  • What if we need more than Pro capacity?

    Full starts from $899 AUD/month billed annually and supports up to $12 active productions. Enterprise is for capacity, deployment and organisational requirements beyond Full.

  • What is the Event Pass?

    Event Pass is a one-time $690 AUD payment for full platform access on one production. It is not a subscription and is attached to the event you choose at checkout.

  • Will AI features cost extra?

    Pro includes AI & Agents Pro and Advanced Automation. Mini can add them for $89 and $59 AUD/month respectively. StageTrace is $99 AUD/month on Mini or Pro and included in Full. Agent API is $149 AUD/month plus usage.

  • Is the "Oracle" / institutional-memory layer live today?

    No. It is not shipped software. It exists as a named interface concept in internal design material. Treat any reference to it as directional, not a current capability.

  • Is native ticketing available to customers now?

    Verified Engineering

    The underlying signed-ticket infrastructure exists in the system, but no live event currently issues tickets through it — external ticketing integrations are what's actually in use today.

  • What is StageTrace, and is it part of Cadence Ops today?

    StageTrace is a separate, early-stage computer-vision spatial tracing capability under active development. It is not yet integrated into the core Cadence Ops platform.

  • Can I see real customers or usage numbers?

    We don't publish customer names, testimonials, revenue or usage figures, because none have been verified for public disclosure. Where we don't have verified evidence, we say so rather than imply it.
